Konga is a 50 minute easy-to-follow high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio and Toning while sweating out to the latest chart hits.


Tyga is a fierce 50minutes booty poppin workout.  Get a taste of Hip Hop, Afro, Ragga in an easy to follow dance fitness class.


Burn is a dance fitness class which incorporates 1.5 – 2kg dumbbells and booty bands  with high repetition movements.  The result – stronger, leaner and more agile form with a side of good vibes.


A High Intensity Interval Workout. Get ready to get your cardio high on with BFF’S unique HIIT workout combined with functional fitness. This class will send your temperature soaring and leave you sweating up a storm.
